About the Role:

As a Solderer, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing and assembly process by precisely joining electronic components and wiring to ensure the functionality and reliability of finished products. Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in soldering and assembly line work.

  • Basic arithmetic skills for measurement and component verification.
  • Capability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office for documentation and reporting purposes.

  • Certification in soldering techniques or electronics assembly.
  • Strong color vision to accurately distinguish component colors.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform repetitive soldering tasks on an assembly line with high accuracy and efficiency.

  • Distinguish colors and read technical diagrams to correctly identify components and wiring.
