Join our Concessions Team at Champion Fields!
We are looking for an individual familiar with working a gas grill for the upcoming season. Workers will become familiar with all aspects of our concessions operation from food preparation and food service. Workers report to concession supervisors and concession manager. Season begins mid April through the end of July.
Hours vary week to week and will include weekends depending on the Champion Fields event schedule.
10-20 hours per week anticipated based upon availability. Duties/Essential Job Functions

-Providing quality customer service
-Preparation of grilled meats
-Adapt to incoming food orders and anticipate customer needs-Maintain a clean grilling area
-Follow all Health Department regulations Required Knowledge, Skill and Abilities
- -Follow instructions and take initiative when needed-Cleanliness must be a priority for all staff-Must successfully pass Illinois Food Handlers Safety On-Line Course (provided by NPRD)
Desirable Training and Experience

Hard Workers should apply. Preferred age is 16 & older with previous experience operating a grill.
