Stay involved with baseball and softball this Spring/Summer with employment at Champion Fields!

Our Field Attendants are responsible for overseeing Champion Fields Sports Complex during weekend Tournaments. Regular weekend availability is required. Employment is during the spring/summer 2026 season.

-Opening – Closing of Facility

-Perform field maintenance before, during and after games

-Garbage pick up

-Checking, restocking and cleaning restrooms as needed

-Work closely with tournament staff to keep abreast of field needs and changes

-Enforcing Complex rules

-Must have knowledge and/or interest in the game of softball and/or baseball

-Good verbal communication skills in dealing with the public

-Self-motivated, work independently

Previous experience with light field maintenance as a player, volunteer, or paid experience a plus. Applicants 16 years and older are encouraged to apply.
