General Summary:

The Cleaning Inspector plays a critical role in ensuring that all cleaning services meet Go

Green’s quality standards. This individual will be responsible for inspecting completed jobs

across various property types—apartments, residential homes, commercial spaces, and one-time

cleaning projects.

May involve occasional evening or weekend inspections, especially for one-time jobs.

Essential Functions:

• Conduct thorough inspections of cleaning jobs after completion across all service types.
• Evaluate cleaning quality based on company standards and client expectations.
• Document inspection results and turn into office
• Provide immediate feedback to cleaning teams and report performance issues to
• supervisors.
• Ensure proper use of green cleaning products and adherence to company sustainability
• practices.
• Address client concerns on-site in a professional manner when needed.
• Help implement quality control protocols and suggest process improvements.
• Occasionally assist with last-minute cleaning needs to ensure standards are met.

Supporting Functions:

In addition to performance of the essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions.

• Other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Supervisor.

Qualification Standards

Communication: Strong communication skills; including the ability to deal effectively with vastly diverse groups of people and guests.

Education: Any combination of education and experience equivalent that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Grooming: All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance including hair color.

Certificates: Valid Driver’s License

Physical Requirements

• Ability to bend, lift, and be standing or walking for an extended period of time
• Reaching by extending hand(s) or arm(s) in any direction

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 30 lbs. unassisted
• Must be able to push and pull weight equaling 100 lbs
• Manual dexterity of hands in order to manipulate cleaning supplies
• Ability to see within normal parameters
• Ability to hear within normal range
