Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to jump right in and take charge of a complex, three-year program involving a wide range of stakeholders. Along with leading this key program, you may be responsible for managing other projects. The right person will have a solid history of successfully delivering big initiatives on time, within scope, and on budget. You’ll need to be a strong strategic leader who can handle multiple projects at once and bring different teams together to get things done—always aiming to not just meet, but exceed, what stakeholders and departments expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans defining scope, objectives, deliverables, dependencies, task ownership, timelines, and milestones.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment by breaking down silos and removing obstacles to achieve project goals.
  • Drive accountability by ensuring all team members and stakeholders meet their commitments and deliverables on schedule.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans to address changes in scope, schedule, or budget, following established change management protocols.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks; escalate critical issues promptly to senior management as needed.
  • Communicate regularly and effectively with stakeholders through presentations, KPI reports, dashboards, and status updates to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Conduct thorough post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned, celebrate successes, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

**This is a Hybrid work arrangement located in our Corporate Office in Bloomington, IL. Other work locations and remote opportunities will not be considered, and relocation will not be offered.**
