Responsibilities
- Work with Social teams and leadership to develop, execute, and optimize community management strategy and tactics to increase engagement
- Develop, maintain and optimize community management processes, workflows, and templates
- Develop, maintain and optimize approach for Surprise & Delight as a component of community management strategy
- Provide social engagement and community management feedback to marketing teams
- Guide the planning of communications, activations, and content, including participation in development of social engagement playbooks for specific campaigns or initiatives
- Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and brand mentions, providing insights to inform strategy and brand reaction moments and engage real-time in topical, timely and brand relevant social conversations
- Stay abreast of industry trends and key competitors’ social media and communities to identify areas of opportunity
- Participate in social “war rooms” for significant social activations and/or crises
Qualifications
Who We Are Looking For
- Seeking a current junior or senior in an undergraduate program majoring in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Journalism, with a graduation date of December 2026 or later.
- Will consider sophomores who meet the criteria.
- Must have at least one semester remaining after the conclusion of the internship.
An ideal candidate will have experience with:
- Proven Social Media proficiency with platforms such as Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to write clearly, engagingly and professionally
- Analytical skills with a deep understanding of Social Media metrics
- Familiarity with drafting a variety of copy options
- Experience with social media monitoring tools such as Sprout is preferred
- Ability to moderate online community groups with an emphasis on social customer care

Internship Program Eligibility:
- To be eligible for the summer internship program, candidates must be full-time students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program with at least one semester remaining until graduation, and must maintain their student status throughout the duration of the internship.

What You Can Expect:
- Summer Internship Dates: June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 38.75 hours per week
- Due to the short duration of the summer program, we seek interns who will be available to engage and participate throughout the internship with little to no disruption in work schedule.
- Pay: $22/hour. In addition, interns selected for our summer internship program will be eligible for a $2,000 stipend (minus applicable taxes)!
- Competitive candidates will be invited to participate in a pre-screening video interview in the Fall of 2025
- Where You’ll Work:
- HYBRID: This is a hybrid position which allows you to spend some of your time working from home as well as some time working collaboratively in-office. You will work out of one of the hub locations listed below. Please note, relocation benefits will not apply.
