Service & Support Coordinator
RoomReady is looking to expand our Support team with a customer-focused, detail-oriented, service-minded individual. A S&S Coordinator will be responsible for delivering premier client experiences when communicating and scheduling our service and support related activities. The ideal candidate will be experienced in ticketing systems, help desk procedures, and customer support via telephone. The position will be working from our home office in Bloomington, IL, and provide support via telephone and video teleconferencing.

What will you be doing?
  • Helps develop and consistently adheres to Customer Service and Support Standards.
  • Handles, documents, estimates, and dispatches S&S requests in accordance with purchased services and company policies and/or procedures.
  • Assigns physical identification and document requests in the support management system.
  • Generates service and support tickets and initiates completion procedures with accuracy and in a timely manner.
  • Executes effective management of purchasing operations for the S&S department (e.g. RMA’s,
  • replacement parts, consumable materials).
  • Communicates equipment repair status and cost estimates when requested in a timely and professional manner.
  • Works with S&S technicians to escalate service and support needs to the integrated services team for Tier 3 support.
  • Possess empathy with customers’ needs and assist in providing solutions that are uncomplicated.

Skills and Qualifications:
As a Support Coordinator, you need excellent communication and customer service skills combined with a general understanding of ticketing procedures and help desk operations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle stressful situations.
  • Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Must be solution-focused, personable, forward-thinking, and extremely organized.
  • Aptitude and desire to learn new technologies as they are introduced to the Company.
  • Highly adaptable to change.
  • Ability to present self in a professional manner and positively represent the company image.
  • Experience with remote Client Support a plus
  • Experience with Online Ticketing System a plus

Compensation & Benefits
The hiring range starts at $18/hr depending on experience. A comprehensive benefits package includes low cost/or free employee medical, employer full paid dental, and vision, along with a 401(k) option. Paid time off and paid holidays.
