Role Summary

The Staff Analyst, RRP will be responsible for understanding, maintating and building out SAP, S/4 Hana capabilities and architecture. In this role you will direct developers in configuring and enhancing software to meet business needs. You will also work closely with other enterprise software teams to strengthen our integrations with PLM and MES software tools. This role is located in Normal, IL and reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Production Planning Solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Meet with business owners to review problem statements and enhancement requests
  • Assess resources and time needed to implement major initiatives
  • Provide scope and acceptance criteria for IT developers to implement enhancements and configuration changes to SAP S/4Hana
  • Review and test system updates prior to deployment
  • Work with enterprise systems teams to refine ERP architecture for material master definition, order planning and scheduling, change management and work orders
  • Improve integrations between enterprise systems: ERP, PLM, and MES

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, similar field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong experience configuring and enhancing SAP S/4Hana for planning and product management
  • Ability to think through issues logically, using first principles approach to problem solving
  • Strong leadership capability
  • Ability to adjust and evaluate priorities as urgent issues arise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • General understanding of enterprise database (PLM, ERP, MES) basic functions
  • Operations or manufacturing background a plus
