Qualifications
OB SPECIFICS:
- This role is seeking a BE/BC Primary Care or Hospice/Palliative Care Physician to provide services in the Bloomington and Urbana Hospice Agency to support the communities!
 - 10 hours/week is required
 - Join a well-established and fully-staffed team with additional support such as pastoral care and social workers
 -  Duties include team management, weekly interdisciplinary meetings, time logging, afterhours call Mon-Fri until 4:30pm, and occasional weekend call
- 1st call is covered by triage
