Expected pay for this position is $25.10 - $29.54/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.


Overview

This job is located in Bloomington,IL

M-F; 8a-4:30p (occasionally need to be available outside of this)

POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor of Digital Health will work with OSF OnCall clinical and nonclinical to increase the ability of those we serve to access health care and improve the health of vulnerable residents, as they care for themselves in the home and community setting. They will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and activities of the Digital Health Workers (DHWs) and Digital Health Navigators (DHNs) in their respective hub. They will oversee operations within their region, acting as the main contact for senior leaders and frontline operations, ensuring alignment between community initiatives and organizational goals.


Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Associate's Degree Experience: 1 year of experience in service-related position. Licensure/ Certification: Community Health Worker certification within 1 year of hire into the position Other Skills/ Knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. Proven ability to maintain professionalism with physicians, clinicians, and other professionals as well as community organizations. Proficient in community in English and by telephone, in person and digitally. Demonstrated ability to work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2 years of experience in health care operations and/or experience with social work or community health work
