Salary range for this position is $133,307-$156,852; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Pharmacy Operations Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of the Pharmacy Practice Residency program. The Supervisor assists in supervising pharmacy staff members to ensure policy, procedures, performance standards, and service expectations are met. This position works collaboratively and maintains positive relationships with facility administrators, stakeholders, and necessary committees to meet business, regulatory, and service requirements. They assist in effectively managing the capital, financial, and human resources of the entity pharmacy department associated with the residency program.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Licenses/Certifications: PHRM-Pharmacist
Experience: 1 year pharmacy experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD.)
Experience: 1 year pharmacy leadership experience
Licensure/ Certification: PGY1 Pharmacy Residency, PGY2 Pharmacy Administration, Board Certification through Board of Pharmacy Specialties
