Salary range for this position is $60,944-$71,697; Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity.
POSITION SUMMARY: The Supervisor, Pharmacy Technicians is responsible for assisting the Pharmacy leadership in overseeing Pharmacy Services at their respective facility. Supervises pharmacy staff members to ensure policy, procedures, performance standards and service expectations are met. Assists in effectively managing the capital, financial and human resources of the entity pharmacy department, including the pharmacy department’s strategic plan, annual goals and policies/procedures.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School/GED
Licenses/Certifications: PHTC2-Pharmacy Tech-Certification
Experience: 2 years' pharmacy experience
Other skills/knowledge: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 4 years' pharmacy experience
