The Marketing Coordinator works with the Director of Marketing and Director of Communications to implement marketing/communication initiatives including event planning, graphic design, editing/proofreading, social media strategies and content generation, research and data gathering, and other general coordination as needed. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support marketing team; design overflow print/design graphics to assist with the marketing and promotion of the University; draft initial copy for communications to various audiences; proof/edit print pieces; serve on University event committees as needed
- Assist in coordinating prospective student events by creating media content and branded spaces; coordinate admissions group visit events; purchase and set up decor; assist with technology during event days
- Creation, updating and branding of admissions related presentations for various partners
- Coordination and inventory of admission marketing materials
- Manage admissions-focused social media platforms
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Preference for experience in graphic design, event planning and ability to proofread/copy edit
