About the role
This position is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.Responsibilities:
• Works as part of a broader project team to complete the IFB annual PC deployment project.
• In this role you, will be deploying, configuring, and setting up equipment (PCs, Laptops, Docking Stations, Monitors, Printers, etc.)
• Ensuring end user software is installed correctly to present repeat configuration touches.
• College end user sentiment of the pc deployment process in order to ensure high satisfaction scores, and that feedback loops are closed.

Do you have what we're looking for?
Experience with hardware and software support, troubleshooting, system imaging, hardware break-fix support, (ie.. laptops, desktops, and printers), refresh, upgrade and deployment projects as well as excellent customer service skills.
Experience with conducting routine system administration tasks and logging data in system admin logs.
Experience with maintaining troubleshooting a wide variety of systems and networks, including high availability systems.
Knowledge of debugging protocols and processes.
Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2026 to early August 2026.
Graduation date of August 2026 or beyond.
