About the role

The Regulatory Affairs Intern will assist with creating communication and marketing materials focused on transportation issues and farm safety. The internship will also allow the individual to analyze agriculture and renewable fuels regulations, determine their impact on farmers, and develop information to help leaders, members, and staff understand their impact.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Requirements:

• Ag Economics, Ag Policy, Ag Leadership, Ag Education, or Ag Communications major is preferred.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Experience planning communication and marketing materials is preferred.

• Strong research skills and critical/analytical thinking ability.

• Must be independent and self-motivated but also have the ability to work within a team on a variety of tasks.

• Education or background in agriculture a must.

• Interest or education in public policy a plus.

• Must be able to work full-time hours from late May 2026 to early August 2026.
