About the role
Provides administrative support to the Commercial Loan Department in the processing, closing and servicing of commercial loan products, including extensive client communication and follow-up, file maintenance, tracking documentation required for loan closing and servicing. Ensures activities are in compliance with applicable regulatory, legal and government regulations.How does this role make an impact?
- Maintains files and records, prepares documents and reports, responds to inquiries, processes commercial loan correspondence and coordinates various communications with internal and external contacts. - Coordinates pre- and post-closing documents and activities. Requests and obtains necessary documentation from third party providers, reviews documents for accuracy and adherence to approval terms and ensures documentation is prepared for each loan prior to closing. - Reviews new loan files for accuracy and completeness. Scans and uploads all documents into imaging system. - Sets up and processes payments and ensures vendor invoices are paid. - Gathers data to maintain various portfolio monitoring and control reports. Monitors periodic reports and assists in resolving past due items, financial and loan documentation exceptions and loan review action items. Assists with commercial loan annual review process.Do you have what we're looking for?
- Familiarity with lending products and loan servicing guidelines.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with business banking products and services.
- Good analytical and conflict resolution skills.
- Regularly works daytime hours with occasional overtime. Work may extend
beyond normal business hours as business needs dictate - Typically requires at least 1+ years of experience working within a commercial lending department.
Base Pay Range:
$38,000-$52,250The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
