What You’ll Bring:
- Minimum of five (5) years progressively responsible management and staff development experience in senior living
- Current and Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license for the state of Illinois
- Strong leadership and the ability to hold administrators under your direction accountable for census growth, resident care, financial performance, state and federal surveys, positive employee relations, customer service, a defined return on investment, an effective business plan, and implementation of programs and philosophy.
- Strong nursing knowledge to guide our Assisted and Supportive Living Communities to achieve optimal regulatory and quality outcomes.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for coaching and mentoring
- A valid driver’s license as travel is required and may be 60 miles or greater
