A Brief Overview

Mail room clerks perform a range of standard mail room activities like sorting, delivering, receiving, and processing mail. As a clerk in our mail room, you have daily delivery rounds on the Hershey Campus and Uptown Normal location.

What you will do

• Collect interoffice and outgoing mail from the Hershey Campus and Uptown Normal office.
• Process all outgoing mail.
• Manage return mail.
• Process Heartland Bank inserts and notices.
• Deliver Loan documents to Title Companies and Recorders office.
• Possess technical ability to maintain and operate all mailroom equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret all procedural and safety manuals.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

• Serves as primary backup for Document Imaging.
• Order and fill soft drink machines where assigned.
• H.S. Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
