A Brief Overview

The Ag Services Operations Specialist II assists with accounts receivable, accounts payable and account balancing. Assists with day-to-day tasks and ensure operations are running efficiently. The Ag Services Operations Specialist II works independently on designated projects.

What you will do

• Prepare customer and vendor communication.
• Maintain various Ag Services systems.
• Perform database entry (deposits, disbursements, fees, income, taxes, etc.) to the accounting system.
• Assist with cash sweep as necessary.
• Assist with account openings, closings, and maintenance.
• Assist with balancing and reconciling various accounts.
• Perform other duties relative to Ag Services Operations.

Other Qualifications/Requirements

• Bookkeeping and/or accounting experience preferred.
• Previous experience in and office environment a plus.
• Previous experience in an agricultural business a plus.
• Associate’s Degree and minimum 4 years Agricultural field preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
