If you're interested in handling day-to-day client issues and providing support to assigned Wealth Advisors, our Wealth Management Specialist I role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our AMTS Support team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare client and prospect proposals and presentations, documents, account set-up forms, and electronic files for new accounts
• Assist with day-to-day account administration
• Organize and maintain client files
• Assist with business development efforts (e.g. special events, mailings, and follow up calls)
• Assist with appointment scheduling and client communication
• Serve as liaison between Wealth Advisors, AMTS Operations, and the AMTS Portfolio Management team

Who You Are

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent of education and experience
• 1+ year in related work
