About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Support Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the Production and HR Teams by managing and optimizing our training processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct quarterly audits of the training matrix to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in Food Safety and Quality audits.
• Establish and manage a structured training program for all production-related activities.
• Develop and manage KPIs for training processes.
• Generate and analyze reports for various departments, including indirect labor reports.
• Oversee and maintain accurate records of new hire evaluations and training compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and update SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain an organized electronic tracker and binder for all training records.
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives related to learning and development.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance production and training processes.
  

Who we are looking for:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required; additional education or certifications in a related field is a plus.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Production Support, Continuous Improvement, or Training roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience with training platforms (e.g., Intelex, QDMS, Alchemy) is preferred.
• SAP experience is an advantage.
