Ferrero North America is thrilled to be launching its Industrial Graduate Program (IGP), a career acceleration program, which seeks to groom top new graduate talent into the future leaders of Ferrero food manufacturing.

What to Expect

The IGP offers a comprehensive 3-year journey, which will prepare you for a career with Ferrero through mentorship, technical on-the-job training, as well as a supplementary training curriculum to support your development. This program embodies the Learning by Doing spirit of Ferrero, and will introduce you to the industrial setting, learning the “Ferrero Way” and exploring industrial career path opportunities.


This 3-year program will include the first 2 years in the Home location and the 3rd and final year on a rotation to a different plant with Ferrero North America to expand your breadth of experience with the company and in Manufacturing.

Ferrero Bloomington is looking for an Industrial Sustainability, Environmental, and Energy Specialist to join our team!

As an Industrial Sustainability, Environmental, and Energy Specialist, you will work closely with the Industrial Sustainability, Environmental, and Energy Manager (ISEE) to ensure all facility environmental compliance guidelines are met by managing, coordinating, and implementing energy and environmental management systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support local internal ISO 14001 audits and help develop ISO 50001 program
  • Support daily awareness and compliance related activities within the plant for both Ferrero employees and for external consultants
  • Coordinate energy, water, waste, or thermal reduction projects
  • Collect, monitor, and expand on environmental performance related indicators (of the plant)
  • Create and track the plant energy budget; assist in coordinating energy purchasing activities for the plant
  • Analyze and monitor legislative evolution and national regulation; manage institutional relations, and protect corporate interests and reputation at a regional, national, and community level
  • Plan mandatory checks for Plant; take charge of air, soil, and under-soil nature and landscape protection
  • Oversee external firms and consultants for contigent updates or specific evaluations
  • Internal coordination for waste management and draining firms

Who we are looking for:

  • Recent Graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in the last 12 months

    • Science, Environmental, Sustainability, or Energy related education

  • Capable of collaborating in a team setting and efficiently managing workload priorities

  • Curious and proactive, ready to ask questions, reaching out for assistance, and locating the necessary information or solutions

  • Prior exposure or experience in a manufacturing environment will be considered an asset
