About the Role:

This role will be an essential member of the Production Team in the newly constructed Kinder Bueno Facility.  As the Production Performance Analyst (AG), you will provide the Production Manager with all necessary data and information needed to correctly manage the Business Unit. This is achieved by monitoring and analyzing various data and preparing directional reports.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the Production Manager and Maintenance Manager in preparing and supplying information
• Assist the Production Manager in creating the budget for the Business Unit for the fiscal year
• Establish performance objectives of production lines in Kinder Bueno Business Unit
• Manage and monitors all activities in monitoring system (SAP)
• Complete end of month activities for Business Unit
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor(s) and Production Manager in planning of long-term objectives
• Collaborate with the Production Manager for stock management and manage the monthly inventory system to adjust packaging and raw material needs
• Responsible for monitoring and entering weekly production hours
• Collaborate with the Production Manager in the Production Performance Gap Analysis and assist in implementing improvements
• Collaborate with the Planning department on weekly Production scheduling
• Ensure all program requirements and standards regarding quality and food safety are implemented, practiced, and maintained

Who we are looking for:

• Associate’s Degree required in Business Management or related fields; Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
• Experience working within a high-speed manufacturing environment
• 5+ years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of inventory process and applications of production KPI’s
• Knowledge of planning techniques
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in SAP system preferred
