About the Role:

The role of the Administrative assistant is to be a support in general administrative activities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of correspondence;
  • Organizing meetings with clients and the director's work schedule;
  • Maintaining relations with clients and internal departments;
  • Carrying out daily office work;
  • Establishing order and managing office supplies;
  • Responsible for assisting the management team in terms of programs, projects and processes;
  • Taking care of incoming calls;
  • Organizing and monitoring various activities in order to support the internal organization.

Who we are looking for:

  • Motivated person dedicated to work, good communication and organizational skills, reliable and independent in work
  • University degree
  • Minimum of one year of work experience in the same or similar positions
  • Computer skills - high level MS Office user, preferably SAP
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language
  • Knowledge of the Italian language is desirable
  • Knowledge of business communication
  • Handling office equipment
  • Speed ​​and accuracy in correspondence
