About the role

As an Annuity Associate, you'll respond to inquiries from home office, Agency partners, and customers regarding account setup, compliance questions, contributions, distributions, transfers, rollovers, conversions, and recharacterizations. You'll review and process claims, investigate additional information needs, and handle in-force policy changes and service requests.

How does this role make an impact?

• Exercise product knowledge and ability to read contract language to ensure best practices are adhered to.
• Conduct the annuity policy process full cycle.
• Reviews and responds to policy transaction requests including changes, reinstatements and the associated accounting.
• Researches and provides potential solutions for escalations working across operational partners and leaders.
• Keep up to date with products, processes, and regulations impacting new business, policy servicing, claims, and/or other areas as applicable to ensure end-to-end support.

Do you have what we're looking for?

• Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of annuity products or life insurance

Base Pay Range:

$47,600-$65,450

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
