About the role
Join our eForms team and help build modern, user‑friendly data‑collection applications that support critical business processes across the organization. In this role, you’ll contribute to both day‑to‑day development work and long‑term platform decisions as we continue to evolve our digital forms ecosystem.What You’ll Do:
- Build web-based forms for data collection and automated workflows across multiple business units.
- Collaborate closely with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into effective, intuitive solutions.
- Participate in platform enhancements, process improvements, and future technology decisions.
- Work with a variety of tools, including HCL LEAP, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

This role typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
Experience with the following is strongly preferred:
- Capable of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript), modern frameworks (Angular), and responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of usability and accessibility standards. With ability to translate wireframes and conceptual UIs into functional applications and code.
- Basic database concepts and queries.
- General understanding of interface and system design, analysis of requirements and workflow tools.
Nice to have but not required:
- Experience in server-side languages like Java and Node.js
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience designing, building and integrating RESTful APIs.
- Knowledge of Git and platforms like GitHub or GitLab.
- Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and web servers (Apache)
Base Pay Range:
$66,400-$91,300The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.
Incentive Pay:
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
