About the role

Coordinates and oversees project team(s) and provides overall direction for non-technical/internal operations projects or programs* from initiation through to completion. Collaborates across project team(s), stakeholders, and leadership to ensure project success within established scope, budget and timeline.

*Project: Comprised of a series of actions that must be completed for an overall goal, known as project outcome, to be achieved. Projects are typically defined by the well-known characteristic of having a start date and an end date.
Program: A group or sub-portfolio of related projects that together fulfill the same benefit or strategic objective. Program management focuses on the success of the program as a whole, as opposed to the individual successes of each project. "

How does this role make an impact?

- Creates, manages and executes project/program plans, including project requirements, estimates, scope, timeline, milestones and deliverables. - Builds strong working relationships with stakeholders, including team members, vendors/contractors, and business partners to aide in effective execution. - Ensures the establishment of scope and priorities and identifies and manages risks, issues and dependencies to achieve project objectives. - Manages and tracks budget and budget variance as well as project progress against project milestones and budget. - Monitors project progress and milestones and provides regular updates to stakeholders, including status reports and presentations.

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:

$94,000-$129,250

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
