About the role

This is a Senior Litigated Claims Attorney role with several primary responsibilities.
The primary responsibility will be to provide legal advice and counsel to claims personnel in the auto and liability claims units. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the assembly and management of all subpoena responses. Other responsibilities include maintaining control of files and litigation costs. Develops, prepares, and implements claims litigation strategy.

- Assigns cases to outside counsel and evaluates their performance. - Provides legal advice and training to claims personnel to ensure consistent file handling. - Controls litigation costs and claim severity.

Do you have what we're looking for?

Typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Must have passed the Bar exam.

Base Pay Range:

$108,800-$149,600

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
