About the role

Are you passionate about client experience? Do you enjoying digging into issues and solving problems for clients? Are you interested in what is happening across the insurance industry? Then come join the Consumer Insights team! In this role you would help mature our insights capabilities and Voice of Client (VOC) program by collecting and analyzing consumer and client feedback to deliver insights that will drive business results for our stakeholders across multiple business areas. You will also design and implement systems for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing client interaction data to produce metrics and identify areas for improvement; utilize various data visualization tools to bring insights to life for senior leaders; partner with fellow team members and their stakeholders to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into business decisions that will improve client usability, satisfaction, and loyalty; and serve as a resource to assist fellow team members with quantitative research standards and methodologies by managing the tools, vendors, and best practices across the Consumer Insights team.

How does this role make an impact?

- Designs and implements VOC and primary research surveys from objective definition and questionnaire development through data acquisition and analysis. - Manages vendors and research best practices. - Utilizes text analytics or natural language processing tools to identify and share VOC trends. - Builds VOC dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and connects them to multiple data sources (e.g., APIs). - Translates data into insight and packages insight in actionable forms for decision-making. - Elevates the VOC program throughout the organization by identifying and sharing core client insights. - Leads the administration for the voice of client program. - Utilizes survey software (e.g., Qualtrics or similar) for quantitative research.

Do you have what we're looking for?

  • Passionate about using client feedback to improve client experience.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to think through problems and ask questions to determine root cause.
  • Capable of managing time and work efficiently and flexing to changing workload and deadlines.
  • Experience with P/C, Claims, CSC/Billing, Agency, or Life/Health processes and systems.
  • Ability to partner and communicate effectively with business partners including executive leadership.
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.

Base Pay Range:

$62,000-$85,250

The base pay range represents the typical range of potential salary offers for candidates hired. Factors used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, qualifications and experience.

Incentive Pay:

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a Short-Term Incentive plan.
