COUNTRY Financial is searching for a dynamic professional to lead change management activities for operational improvement and product modernization efforts within our Enterprise Program Office. On this highly collaborative team, you will partner with leaders across the Operations Division, as well as with communication and training teams. Your role will involve identifying and coordinating change management strategies and plans to ensure successful adoption of changes across diverse audiences, ultimately contributing to program and business outcomes.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL or Alpharetta, GA.

How does a Change Management Analyst make an impact?

  • Partners with business and technical project team members to assess the impact of upcoming changes.
  • Performs needs assessments to decide best use of employee resources.
  • Implements change management strategy and method to deliver sustainable results.
  • Collaborates with Corporate Communications, training teams, and other key partners to move people from the current state to future state.
  • Serves as a resource for leadership to assist employees through changes.
  • Assists with the creation of training programs, including requirements, design, and delivery.
Do you have what we are looking for?
  • Familiar with Change Management Methodologies or processes such as the Standard for Change Management through the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) or the Prosci ADKAR model. Organizational Change Management certification (e.g. Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey change initiatives and gain stakeholder buy-in.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and practices, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
