How does a Long-Term Care Claims Examiner make an impact?

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Ability to analyze contracts to determine eligibility.
• Processes incoming mail for new and pending claims.
• Ability to utilize multiple systems (including but not limited to Expert system, AWD & ClaimFacts) to acquire information given to clients.
• Communication skills to communicate with internal and external parties regarding claim needs.
• Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
