: US-GA-AlpharettaAs a member of the Life Policy Service team you will play a vital role in enhancing COUNTRY's reputation and making a positive contribution to the client & representative experience. You will partner with team members to complete service related requests for a variety of life products. You will contribute to the team's overall success during an exciting and transformative time as new products and systems are being rolled out.
This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL or Alpharetta, GA.
How does a Life/Health Policy Associate make an impact?
- Exercise strong product knowledge and ability to read contract language to ensure best practices are adhered to.
- Reviews and responds to policy transaction requests including changes, reinstatements and the accounting associated with these processes.
- Completes requests for dividend disbursements, loans, advance premium deposits, and surrenders.
- Researches and provides potential solutions for escalations working across operational partners and leaders.
Do you have what we're looking for?
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities to meet customer needs.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Basic understanding or previous knowledge of life insurance products, accounting functions and life systems.
- Desire to learn and advance with the department job family levels.
- This is an intermediate level support role, which typically requires 1+ years of relevant experience.
