As an Agency Placement & Planning Analyst, you’ll have the opportunity to join an innovative team, leading our modernized agency office placement and growth planning strategy. You’ll partner with internal business units and agency leadership to strategically identify our future agency footprint based on data analytics and trends within the market. You’ll help drive and shape the future of how and where we conduct business in this unique role. To be successful, the ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly adaptable, thrive in ambiguity, and capable of tackling challenges with a creative and open mindset.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does an Agency Placement and Planning Analyst make an impact?

  • Completes analysis of agency rep metrics, recommendation, and tracking of rep placement and book reassignments, abiding by SLAs in order to get clients reassigned timely.
  • Responsible for administering and tracking temporary servicing agreements as well as book assignment agreements and deductions.
  • Oversees the measurement and analysis of results related to agency rep placements and reassignments in collaboration with the agency business intelligence team.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable facilitating meetings with executive leaders.
  • Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
