Our Claim Representatives provide a consistent, positive, and satisfying claims experience for our clients through the proper investigation, negotiation, and settlement of claims for the personal auto lines of business. Work focuses on investigating and settling single vehicle collision claims and clear liability multi-vehicle claims. Examples include collision claims as well as property damage claims.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

What we offer:

  • $51,000 ($25.31/hr.)
  • Annual bonus eligibility based on company performance.
  • Hybrid work schedule available after training and mentoring (4 days a week at home, 1 day a week in office).

Additional information:

  • Position starts on August 12, 2024.
  • In person training is four weeks long, followed by in person On-The-Job training. Hours during this time are Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm CST.
  • The core work hours for this position beginning on October 7, 2024 (after in person training and on-the-job training) will be Monday – Friday from 10:30am - 7:00pm CST

How does a Claims Representative I make an impact?

  • Investigates claims by determining applicable policy coverage, evaluating damages, and settling assigned claims.
  • Coordinates activities with auto appraisers, body shops, rental companies, glass shops and others to bring claims to a conclusion according to policy providers.
  • Communicate with clients via phone/email to deliver a best-in-class client experience by resolving matters related to claims.

  • Typically requires 2 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
