Interested in Investment Services? We have an opportunity for a Retirement and Investment Services Associate to join our team. As a RIS Associate, you will work closely with the Investment Services Administrators and COUNTRY Financial Advisors for new account processing, as well as performing the daily operational functions associated with the administration of Journey Series products. You will assist Financial Advisors and clients with questions about account opening processes, services, and documents while handling day-to-day requests from clients for servicing assistance.

This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Retirement and Investment Services Associate make an impact?

  • Verifies and processes contributions on the AddVantage system and SIMPLE Database and initiates daily investment trades. Reviews various maintenance items and processes in Financial Accounts and Imaging and verifies information completeness in the AddVantage system.
  • Reviews, calculates and processes distributions (partial, total and required minimum distributions), withholding and accompanying investment trades as applicable.
  • Handles day to day client needs to assist in the administration of their retirement accounts and retail accounts.
  • Identifies, researches and makes decisions to resolve issues regarding regulatory and compliance issues on IRA's, Simplified Employer Pensions (SEPs), SIMPLEs, HSAs and retail accounts and provides exceptional customer service and accurate information to Financial representatives and clients.
  • Provides subject matter expert knowledge in specific areas within the division to assist with procedure improvements and projects in a variety of strategic business efforts and project teams from multiple areas.
