At COUNTRY Financial, we’re seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to collaborate closely with our Program Manager in overseeing high-profile and strategic Enterprise Program Office Programs. As a vital team member, you’ll handle diverse administrative tasks, diligently monitor program activities, and execute essential operational duties. Additionally, this role involves portfolio management activities, including processing status changes for new projects/programs and conducting quarterly audits to ensure best practices. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and is based out of our corporate offices in Bloomington, IL.

How does a Program Coordinator make an impact?

• Plans and schedules project timelines and milestones; tracks project milestones and deliverables.
• Develops Project Charter, Scope, Stakeholders and Project Team Organization.
• Determines the frequency and content of status reports from project team, analyzes results and troubleshoots problem areas.
• Conducts project post mortems and creates a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Do you have what we’re looking for?

• Previous working experience as a core member of a program management team.
• Knowledge of program management and development procedures.
• Hands on experience in budgeting, planning, and reporting.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Typically requires 4 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
