240164)In the Procurement Operations Specialist Sr, Supplier Relationship Manager role you will collaborate closely with your leader and Business Partners to drive efforts to create, communicate, and implement Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) program tactics across the organization. The objective of the SRM program is to support effective supplier cost, risk, and performance management. As program maturity and structure is implemented, you will be directly responsible for managing aspects of supplier relationships. You will research general and industry specific trends; monitor regulatory changes; assure that EP policies and procedures align with regulatory standards/requirements; and create and present reports. As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you will handle change and project management aspects of the Supplier Relationship Management program journey.
- Interprets, authors, supports, and analyzes EP and organizational policies and procedures.
- Works closely with all EP, risk, and business partner stakeholders to develop workflows, policies, procedures, and strategy documentation that supports an effective program framework.
- Identifies and communicates vendor risk and performance to EP and other internal stakeholders and their leadership.
- Influences and takes part in creating and implementing Supplier Relationship Management program aspects across the organization.
- Works with internal stakeholders to mitigate gaps in regulatory compliance in response to supplier change and/or regulatory updates.
- Aids stakeholders and/or leads Supplier Business Reviews.
- Participates in or may initiate escalation of supplier significant event handling and remediation efforts.
- Maintains industry knowledge of Supplier Relationship Management and risk management principles and readily shares knowledge with internal community.
- Other duties as assigned as program maturation progresses and in response to structural changes associated with maturity.

- Analyzes and selects appropriate vendor based on price, quality and service.
- Charges back costs for requested items or services to appropriate departments and accounts.
- Reviews purchase requisitions for accuracy and compliance with company policy and obtains approvals to release for processing.
- Conducts cost/benefit analysis and outlines detailed cost, service and delivery specifications as directed by management or in support of special studies for projects.
- Engages in continuous learning for application platforms under span of control.
Do you have what we're looking for?
- Experience in communicating across all levels of the organization including Executive leadership.
- Prior Supplier Relationship Management program or supplier risk and performance experience.
- Experience leading or facilitating organizational Lean and quality improvement initiatives.
- Typically requires 7 years of relevant experience or a combination of related experience, education and training.
