We are seeking an organized and efficient full-time Accounts Payable Technician to manage and execute our accounts payable processes. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong math skills, and basic computer knowledge, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities

  • Accounts Payable Management: Execute weekly accounts payable check runs with precision, including preparing paper and electronic invoice batches, managing online ACH payments, auto debits, wire transfers, and distributing checks.
  • Data Organization: Maintain and organize a variety of accounts payable files and documents, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date. Compile data, maintain spreadsheets, and prepare reports as needed.
  • Vendor Relations: Assist in maintaining up-to-date vendor files, fostering positive relationships with vendors, and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Uphold our commitment to customer service excellence by adhering to our behavioral standards in every interaction.
  • Confidentiality: Protect the confidentiality and security of all organizational information, including financial and client data, at all times.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned to support the team and organization.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Knowledge and/or experience with accounts payable.
  • Basic computer skills with proficiency in data entry.
  • Strong math skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
