The Food Service Lead supervises and coordinates day to day operations in the Atrium Café under the guidance of the retail supervisor. Including but not limited to coaching and mentoring associates, ensure timely customer service to all guests, support kitchen staff during high volume times. Oversees total food service operation in the absence of the supervisor.

Monitor activities in kitchen, dish room and retail food service areas to ensure that quality standards are maintained.
Responsible for staffing, call offs / absences.
Ensures that department meets all local, state and federal regulatory requirements.
Under management direction will maintain standards of service and discipline according to policies and procedures established within the department.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are being completed daily / weekly / monthly.
Oversee total food service operation in the absence of management.
Supervise all day to day operations.
Complete lead shift list daily / weekly / monthly.

The compensation range for this position is $18.39per hour - $29.79per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
