Overview
In addition to operational responsibilities, the Scheduling Lead plays a key role in training and educating staff, fostering continuous improvement and professional development within the scheduling team. This position is expected to model the organization's core values of accountability, compassion, excellence, inclusivity, and integrity, setting a positive example and cultivating a respectful and high-performing work environment.
Responsibilities
Supervise the call screen making sure everyone is logged in and taking calls as appropriate.
Enforcing the polices and procedures for queuing the phones.
Provide support and leadership in the absence of the supervisor.
Always maintain a positive atmosphere at all times.
Assist schedulers, management, and techs with scheduling questions or issues.
Train new staff for Scheduling and registration work. Give additional training to staff if needed to improve performance.
Work delegated tasks given from supervisor/manager.
