Overview
Responsibilities
Acts as a liaison between architects, engineers, vendors, maintenance staff, code officials, and contractors as needed
Assists director/manager in developing project estimates and scope, using resources of architects, engineers, and contractors
Assists with the selection of labor for project completion by matching skills to available engineering staff and contractors
Assists director/manager with the specification of systems: site specs,electrical, telecommunication, cabinets, walls, floor finishes, lighting, plumbing, computer, furniture, wall finishes, door hardware, and medical gases
Assists director/manager by acting as a resource in the preparation of drawings and building specifications as required to support projects
