Job Description

Carle Health is seeking an APP Fellowship Coach to join our Transition to Practice team in Urbana, IL.

This individual will provide APPs hired into our fellowship programs with ongoing guidance to achieve their greatest potential as a provider. This position works at the point of care to support APP orientees and preceptors.

Practice Details Include:

• Responsible for monitoring onboarding / orientation process and implementing changes.
• Spends time with APPs to facilitate experiences and connections to increase skill development and interpersonal growth.
• Works closely with preceptors and department leadership for feedback to improve and modify the process.
• Completes and evaluates benchmark data for each orientee.
• Aids in the planning and execution of APP Fellowship didactic deployment and events.
• Acts as an advocate to connect APPs to educational resources to support their time in the programs.
• Provides a high level of support to APPs hired through the program and their front line leadership to support strong retention and engagement.

Education Requirements:

Master’s Degree or completion of Master’s Degree within 3 year start to the position
