Position Description

This position is a customer-facing, cross-functional role while driving superior customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for managing multiple programs from initial quote through launch and into sustaining production. Achieving project milestones on time, within budget, and with uncompromising quality are critical to the success of this position. Effective risk management, proactive issue resolution, and regular stakeholder communications will be instrumental in delivering the highest service to our customers.

Experience/Education/Skills Requirements

• 8-10 years of direct experience managing products from customer quote through production launch and post-launch support
• BS in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
• Experience managing complex projects or programs from initiation to completion, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices, particularly as they relate to procurement and logistics in electronics.
• Experience in managing customer relationships and understanding customer requirements in a manufacturing or engineering context.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.
• Proven track record of fostering teamwork, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among team members.
